How does the pricing work?
The full system is $387 a month. Pay monthly and there is a one-time $1,000 setup fee; pay quarterly, every 6 months or yearly and we waive it. Annual billing works out to about $323 a month — two months free.
What does quarterly billing mean?
You pay $1,161 every three months instead of $387 each month. Same price per month, but the $1,000 setup fee is waived and we get a full 90 days to show you results.
Do you guarantee a number of reviews?
No. We guarantee the work — every customer asked, every review answered, every report delivered. Guaranteed review counts are how businesses end up with fake or pressured reviews, and that puts your Google profile at risk.
Do you only ask happy customers?
Everyone gets the same ask, and we never pay or reward anyone for a review. That keeps your profile inside Google’s rules. If someone is unhappy you hear about it right away, and our reply to any tough review is calm and includes your direct number.
What do you do about negative reviews?
We draft a calm, professional reply for you, help you take the conversation offline, and flag any review that breaks Google’s policies (fake, off-topic or abusive) for removal. Removal is always Google’s decision.
What happens to my Google profile if I cancel?
Nothing — it is yours. Your profile, your photos and every review on it stay with you. We never hold your profile hostage.
How fast does it start working?
Reviews usually start coming in during the first week of your Review Pilot. Map rankings take longer to move, which is why you get a starting rank grid in week one and a fresh one every month.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
The Pilot simply ends. We never take a card for it, so nothing renews and nothing is charged. If you want to keep going, you choose a plan on your results call.
Do review requests go out by text or email?
Both. Texts from your business need a one-time carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) that usually takes 1–3 weeks, so until yours is approved, requests go out by email and texts switch on as soon as it clears.
What software do I need?
We connect to Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan. If you use something else — or nothing at all — a simple “job done” form works just as well.
I serve a lot of towns. Will one profile cover them?
Usually not — a profile ranks strongest near its own address. If you operate from more than one real location, each can have its own verified profile, and our Market Dominance plan runs them all.
Is a website included?
Website care is included when we host your site. If your current site is slow, outdated or missing service pages, we quote a rebuild separately — and it is 15% off with 6-month or annual billing.
